Waam S.L. is a specialised and solid company born in 1970 as Waam Artesanías. Is the business area specialised in the manipulation and mechanisation of all type of plastics, that is, in the manufacture of multiple pieces and designs under order and specialised in capturing our clients’ ideas through the use of diverse plastics as raw material. Among them, the ones more practiced are methacrylate and polycarbonate. Having in mind the client needs we advise in the type of plastic and its thickness considering the plastic properties and working with a great variety of plastic materials. We take from your particular idea to big series.
Metallisation
Waam Metalización por Alto Vacío S.L. was born in 1996; yet having more than 55 years of experience. Is the business area specialised in high vacuum metallisation; technology for the surface treatment of all types of plastic, metallic and special, for instance ceramic, pieces. The metallised coatings are bright, matte or adapting the aluminium tonality to the clients ‘needs. Is the predominant technology in the lighting sector and for the automotive reflectors due to its excellent reflexion properties given the mirror effect of the bright metallised coating. Technology employ for the restoration of classic reflectors and to provide conductivity to plastic pieces. We take from your classic reflector or prototype piece to big series.
